Adapter Cable Kindle
Kindle 3.1 charger got wet?
My USB charger and wall adapter got thrown in the pool. A few hours later, the wall charger was plugged in by my brother, and, well, there was a smell of burning in the air. I put the charger and usb cable into a ziploc bag with rice, and was wondering if there is any hope for them. The adapter I have no hope for, but will the USB cable be okay? And for how long should I leave it in the bag?
Let the cable dry for a couple of days, then try plugging into your USB port on your computer. I'd hang it off of a doorknob so both ends point down, to drain.
I think it will be fine.
