How do people create cars and import them into Grand Theft Auto 3 for PC?
I've downloaded so many car mods like a Dodge Challenger and Charger, I'd like to know how can I make my own. What programs to use.
1stly are u new to this i dont know what for grand theft auto
most games use direct x u can do it 3dmax then replace um witha car u dnt like already in gta by replace the file u save however this is diffrent for each game there may be a editors guide out there search google for a gta 3 dev pack

auto insurance on a 2008 Dodge Charger?
I recently leased a '08 Dodge Charger with a 3.5 V/6. I turned in a Chrysler Pacifica with the same size engine. My insurance went up $600.00 a year. No tickets, no accidents on my record in the past 10 years. The insurance company said the Charger is listed as a 'sports car'.
