Hi Washington,So you downloaded eReader for Mac or B&N Reader for Mac and using the same name and cc number you gave to DeDRM, you were able to open and read this exact same file? Is that correct? Did you use eReader.app for Mac or Barnes & Noble eReader.app? You can go to your eReader.com Bookshelf and actually see which exact information has been used to encode the book.If so, there MUST be something different either in the name info or in the last 8 digits of the cc info. B&N .pdb files are ONLY encrypted with name and CC info.Please try this and verify that your name and cc are the ones used by B&N to lock your book.
