I really wanted a Sony E Reader however am disappointed at its functions?
Would someone have a suggestion at what is something that can carry a lot of books and has a lot of functions
I didn't open the e reader and I just don't find any uses for it after reading some review. Main question is there anything out there I could use?
Can it highlight, search, etc etc?

It does indeed mean the iPad is a poor e-book reader. Weight, screen glare, epaper screen quality and ergonomics (easy to grasp forward/back-buttons) all play a major role.
