How Simple are Comforters and Sheets?
Every summer when I go to camp or to a friend's sleep-over, I bring one of my brother's old twin bed sets, and I'm sick of them! Usually the camp beds are small twin bunks, and I want to make my own in a style for me. How easy is it to make complete twin sets yourself? I mean, a comforter, a sheet, an 'undersheet" (the sheet that you put around the matress, not sure what it's called) and a pillow case. How could I do that?
(ps. suggestions as to the pattern of the fabric? I like to go either completely grade-school boy-ish or college girl. Eg. Either transformers or batman, or swirly pink, blue and brown flowers or bright pastel colors. No Nick Junior or any of its kin.
Thank ye kindly!)
They're very simple. You could make it even simpler and cheaper by doing all flat sheets instead of a fitted one for the bottom, and make a cover for the comforter you already have, instead of a whole new comforter. But here are patterns for all of them. The comforter here is king, but you can re-size for twin.
