Can someone recommend a good screen protector for the iPod touch?

just had my new iTouch 3rd gen on my b day, and I wanted to buy a case and a screen protector, can someone please recommend some please? there are 1000's I don't know which one to buy?
I really liked a case that I saw once on someones ipod, it was solid as a rock, if you have any idea what I going about here, please tell me!

The screen protector that comes on all iTouchs works great for me.
However if you have taken yours off then I suggest going to your local shop that sells things like Ipods and buying a screen protector there.
Some Ipod screen protectors sold on the internet are not as good as what you paid for them.
The shop that you bought the screen protector probably also sells cases, you can by metal cases and crystal cases. Most of these sold at stores are pretty good.
You can buy cases that have built in screen protectors, I have one that's a DLO case and its worked great. I suggest buying a case made by DLO.
Basically most cases/screen protectors sold at any good retailer are good.

   Not very alright now. We failed to get the In principle on Wed, which means we can never leave Singapore on Friday! I m so Desperate now.

   Oh yah, the camera cannot use nice to describe. Anyway, I bought it at Sim Lim Square. So, with the Screen Protector is cost me only $500. When the retail is $549 with the same package without screen protector, with a Sony Photo Shoot Workshop($40-not very useful). It still a great deal! =)

   IMO, the power support anti glare film helps more,
   And anti glare just means that like, when you hold it in the sunlight, the reflection (glare) isn't there.
   No idea, but I think it is.
