Charger Adapter Cable
When I inserted the charger, nothing happened!?
I used an AC adapter(it is not the orginal psp ac adapter/cable) and inserted it to the psp. but nothing happened wasnt I supposed to see the power light or somethin?
am just checking my friend's PSP so I would buy it but his PSP is dead.

It is most likely the wall outlet, probably burned out. Try different outlets and if it still doesn't work then buy a new AC adaptor. Make sure that it is the same voltage that the PSP uses or it may short it out.

What is a usb adapter for bluetooth? Is it a charger? Are there different kinds?
I am looking for a usb charger cable that was supposed to come with my bluetooth headset, what is it used for? Do you plug it into the computer to charge it or is it a dongle?
It can connect a bluetooth enabled device to your computer. It can't charge anything. Yes, it is a dongle.

Additionally, I have a small digital audio recorder that I plug into the adapter cable, capturing the cockpit communications. I did it for the exact same reason you want to: as a review tool.
What I will do with the video feed is overlap the audio. It's not the most efficient way to do it, but the handheld video camera I have doesn't support the input for the audio cable. The “helmet” cam is much smaller and more efficient for what my plans are.
