how long does duracell battery chargers take to charge?

i just bought the first one and it literally takes foreverr. i started charging at about 1ish and its 2:30 its taking FOREVER to turn the light from red to green (when green its FULLY charged)
i have both of them. and which would go faster? can they charge unchargeable batteries? can they charge other kinds of batteries besides Duracell.
