charger Usb Why does my ipod touch charge when its off but when its on it doesn't charge , while am using usb wall charger?
i bought a usb charger, the onesthat you use to charge mp3, mp4 and ipods, but my ipod touch only charges when i turn it off if am using this usb chrger, it charges fine when its connected to my pc.

I't s anew thing that they have built into them menage u will only be-able to use the apple wall charger and not some third party brand.
Unless you can find one that will mimic the conditions of the proper apple one.
