Did you recently accept the OTA (Over The Air) Update? If so, when? Also, do this for me. Plug your charger into the phone. Does the orange or green light come up? If it does not, try a different cable. Do the LED lights come on? The HTC charging/usb cable is a piece of crap. Mine broke after the second week and I had to get a new one. I think it can really only be 2 things since you haven’t rooted: 1) OTA bricked the phone, 2) the HTC charging cable is broken. If it isn’t either, just go to a store and say the phone stopped working. You are still within the 1 year factory warranty. Sprint should give you a **new** and not refurbished phone under the warranty.
