cover up help..?

the question is how can i prevent this/
If it looks like dry skin, it probably is. What you can do is exfoliate your face with a fine scrub once a week, then put lotion on those spots where it looks or feels dry. Then, instead of using a liquid coverup, use a mousse foundation. It does the same job, but it looks smoother, feels lighter on your skin, and it doesn't get cake-y.
