I'm not too well educated but i'll try and give some insite. I just wonder if international law means anything. Some incidents keep reocuring. For instance, when the 'accident' happened in Bolphal, India the US refused to extrodite its citizens, (owners of a chemical disaster which cost lives) to India to stand trial. Also America tried to take out a 'pattened', to take sole control and ownership of rice that had been grown in China for centuries. Does this help?
