Ebook Microsoft Reader
How do I activate Mircosoft Reader?
Ok, I bought a book online for microsoft reader-which I have downloaded-, but it says I have to activate it first. When I click the link to activate it, it says and I quote
"Activation Error
You must install the Activation ActiveX control before you can activate.
If you are logged in as a Guest user, please log out and log in again under Administrator or your user account.
Please return to the main Activation page and follow the prompts to install this control."
So I try to find where I am supposed to log out..but when I click home it says and I quote,
"We are sorry, the page you requested cannot be found.
See below for search results close to your request, or try a new search."
And the 'search results' they speak of are just like google search engine results..not helpful.
So I payed for this Ebook, and I really need help getting it..any answer helps, Thanks.
I don't know about this logging in business but usually when you get an install Activation ActiveX control, if you look to the top of your window you will see a white pop up message and clicking on that usually starts the download of the activex.
