Saving your place in a pdf ebook?
I'm looking for a pdf reader like adobe reader that will actually allow you to save your place. I haven't found a way to do this with Adobe Reader and think there must be some open-source pdf reader out that that will let you do this, but I am not having any luck searching. Also in your answer, please include how that program allows you to save your spot so when you open it back up, you can quickly navigate to your bookmarked page.
you can save your place in a book with Adobe Reader by going to Edit->Preferences->Documents then check the first box that says "Restore last view settings when reopening documents"
