how I can I combine two or more pdf books into single pdf. (I use Acrobat reader 8.0)?

I want to combine many ebooks(all are pdf) into single e-book.
How can I concatenate pages of ebooks.?

   that would be great. i'm sure it's a joke but that would be better than blackula. i would totally watch it high. The one grain of truth may have been jesse jacksons statements if he even said that. in a lot of fantasy there are ideas of different "races" the dwarves are all angry and foul tempered, elves have their stereo type. I don't want it as obvious as you make it but i think the ground is ripe for someone to make more dynamic groups or races in the fantasy genre. lets have some bad elves or one who wants to be a heavy fighter.

   often times i think these 'races' in fantasy works are analogies for racial trouble in our own society. the author consciously did this. sometimes trying to convey a positive message.

   some of these older ideas like the tarot and mythology they did present dark skinned people as evil, some of this has carried down and slipped in in subtle ways.

   while this is surely a joke there is a grain of truth.
