I am so frustrated; could you help me with regards to 'Behind Every Illusion' by Christina Harner?

When answering my question please consider that what I am asking will apply to the UK as that is where I live.

So, I'd love to get my hands on a copy of 'Behind Every Illusion' by Christina Harner.
On her website she claims that the novel is due for release on 6th June.

I went to Amazon.com to see if the Americans had it to buy, my logic telling me that if they had it then Amazon.co.uk would have it too. However, I looked on Amazon.com and they only have the Kindle edition and (sadly but gladly) I don't have one.
My logic preceded me to check Amazon UK if the US site was not the in correct formatting possession of the novel and the UK Amazon have not heard of Christina Harner much less her debut novel.

Does anyone know when the aforementioned novel will become available to purchase in the UK in print?

You're right on both counts: It's being published on June 6th, 2009, and as of now, Amazon has only the Kindle version.

I searched online and found Christina Harner's Twitter page [which you can also get to through her site; click on the "t" underneath the title of the site]. Recently, she said that the book will probably be available on Amazon in August. But, if you'd like a paperback version of the book, you can buy it from her site [click on "buy the book" at the top] for $13.95.

That's about as much as I can tell you. It's not yet available at AbeBooks, either as an electronic version or a paperback/hardcover. Keep up with her updates and I'm sure she'll say when it will be available. Hope this is helpful

By the way, I always thought that books were released in the US before they were released in the UK. So if it was already for sale on Amazon US, that wouldn't necessarily mean it was available on Amazon UK. I'm not sure that's the truth, but it's what I always assumed.
