Electronic Book Reader Software
Looking for an e-book that meets the following criteria:?
Hi there guys,
I am a big manga fan, but let's be honest, the approx. $15 AUS for each physical volume is a bit pricey for a part timer, especially when there's like 100+ volumes per series. =P
Anyway! I would like to buy an e-book reader (max $500) so I can download manga/ebooks in .pdf or .jpeg and view them on there. In terms of features, I don't need wireless, games or subscription software or video software - I just want to read books and manga and that's all. I'm not too concerned about screen size, more the resolution and any features that would improve the viewing of manga/comics.
Oh yeah, and the e-book reader must have an electronic paper display.

The Kindle DX? It is using e-ink display, and has native support for PDF files. You can read this review to know more:

But note that now all e-readers cannot display color. Only grey scale...
