Is there a way to get all of my hardcover books into a digital format?
I have a large collection of books, and I'm going away to college this fall. I know there isn't going to be room for my hundreds of books, so I was considering buying an ereader. The only problem with that is that I can't find a way to get my books into a digital format without re-buying them all again, which just isn't an option.
Is there a way that I can get my books on an ereader without purchasing them all over again?
Only if you have limitless time and some money, Melissa. You could scan your books and have the image converted to text, but the expense of the equipment and programs, and the amount of time it would take, it ridiculous.
Your college is going to have a library, remember, and so will the town or city where it's located. Just take a short stack.
