Is there an ereader that doesn't use a black flash on screen when changing pages?

I know for a lot of people this isn't a big deal, but I have a susceptibility to migraines due to this and so I am looking for a device that doesn't do this. Any recommendations? Thanks!
To be clear, the issue is not speed - I cannot have a screen be white then flash black and then white as it repopulates the page. It's medically impossible for me to use. That is the only feature I am concerned with.

Amazon has announced new models of the Kindle. It has the fastest page turn among all ereaders, and it should have negligible effect when you're changing page. I've given some detailed opinion on improvement of the new models and which model to choose, in another answer here:

EDIT: I'll suggest you to get the new Kindle and try. If the page turn still doesn't work for you, you can return it back to Amazon, just be sure to do it within 30 days. The new Kindle has increased contrast and the background is darker, so I think it may work for you.
