i bought a ebook from fictionwise.com on my itouch but it wont download?
i bought a ebook from fictionwise.com on my itouch but it wont download. i installed the ereader software on my ipod but it still wont let me download the book. how can i get the book on my ipod?
It depends on what format the ebook is in. Fictionwise sells DRM'd ("Secure") ebooks in EReader, Mobipocket, and EPub formats, and they all take different software. I'm not sure if they all work on the iTouch. (I believe the eReader format books--the ones that have the .pdb file extension--do; I'm not sure about the others.)
For most of them, you have to authorize your device before you try putting the ebook on it.
Check the file extension and book description, and walk through Fictionwise's instructions for how to work with that kind of ebook.
If it's a Multiformat ebook, it's not DRM'd, and is just a matter of choosing a format that works with the iTouch. Pick a format that works with your ebook app.

Where can I get a certain book for my eReader?
I just got a Sony eReader for xmas and I was shopping for a certain book but they dont have it!
Does anyone know where I can download "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" and "Summer of My German Soldier"?
None of the Harry Potter books are available as legit ebooks; Rowling doesn't like ebooks and hasn't authorized them to be sold.
Summer of My German Soldier is available as a Kindle book at http://www.amazon.com/Summer-My-German-Soldier-ebook/dp/B002RI9YNW but getting it onto a Sony would involve cracking the DRM with Python, which is a rather troublesome process. I couldn't find anywhere that sells it in a format that the Sony can read natively. (Also, the KBook doesn't list a price, which is weird. Maybe it's not actually available there.)
