I have a question about the new nook I own?
Ok for Christmas I recieved the new ereader nook. I've been getting 3Gi onmy iPhone recently cause our city now has 3G. And I've read and seen reviews of the nook working with 3G. But my nook isn't getting the 3G Internet icon nor is it recieving it. The 3G is from and for AT&T and the nook is supposed to work with that. Please help, I really want to download the Percy Jackson books and others soon. The nook isn't registering the 3G and I haven't updates it (I think). please help
Hi, Andrew, are you sure you got 3G+WiFI Nook and not just WiFi one? I'd recommend to set it up and register via WiFi and update it to the latest firmware. The easiest to start with any free Wi-Fi spots that do not need password or any other manual intervention. You should be able to register from any Barnes & Noble store that provides free Wi-Fi to Nook's or any Starbucks or any McDonalds or airport or any other place that provides free Wi-Fi service or via your home wireless router.
