Has anyone had to return their Nook eReader?

I received my Nook as a present almost two months ago and have had issues with it freezing up ever since the first day. I usually just power it off and back on, but a couple of weeks ago it froze and was unresponsive. I had to call customer service and they helped me troubleshoot. the night before last, I noticed that it was frozen again. I called customer service again and was walked through some steps that didn't really help so I was told to take it in to my local B&N for them to try a few a things. I asked if I could exchange it and they told me that I'd have to have more issues with it before they would even consider exchanging it.

Anyone else had similar issues? If so, how were you able to resolve them?
Also, what did you do with the accessories, if you bought any when you returned your Nook.

Yes, there are quite a lot of issues on the Nook as I know. I'll suggest return the Nook and consider to get a Kindle instead.

Ebooks Ebooks are a new form of digital media that allow users to read a traditional book in a digital format.
