Not sure you can remove the yellow from the plastic. The discoloration is a result of oxidation of the plastic and other chemicals that go into the blend and some other reactions initiated by UV exposure. The way to remove the yellow is to remove the plastic that has oxidized– this means physical removal like sanding or some other abrasive method.
For automobile headlight lenses that have yellowed, it is recommended to use auto rubbing compound followed by polishing compound. This abrades away the yellowed plastic.
Auto headlight lenses are smooth, so it is relatively easy to polish/buff the lense. Computer cases are sometimes textured, so this will make the job very difficult.
Maybe the easiest thing to do is clean off all the dirt and let the cases be what ever color they have aged to.
