How can I put ebooks in ereader (ipod touch)?

I wanted to download ebooks but i don't know where, and how will i do it? thanks.. And how can I put it in my ipod?

In order to read ebooks on your iPod Touch you will need a ebook reading app. A good one is Stanza from a company called LexCycle, you can find it in the app store and best of all it's free. That app has ways of getting books built right in which can be good but if you want more then you have a number of options. You need to find books in the ePub format but luckily this is the industry standard supported by almost all eReaders (apart from the Kindle) so it's easy to get books that work.

Places like Project Gutenberg have thousands of books available for download for free, most of them have ePub versions available although the quality can be patchy. Of course they're all old books but there are some real gems in there, you'd be surprised at the range of literature available. Google Books also has a lot of books but their ePub versions tend to be awful so I'd avoid them. You can also purchase large collections of ebooks from various places which can be a lot less hassle (one of those places is the site I run called Almost Obsolete Books )

If what you really want is new books then you have a few options. Sites like Books on Board and eBooks.comhave a lot of newer releases (although not all of them, some publishers are still holding out). W H Smith also have a ebook store that sells books in ePub format .
