Extended Warranty What does a "bumper to bumper" warranty mean for an extended warranty? Is it different from factory warranty?
I am buying a used car that has7K miles left on the factory warranty. Should I buy an extended warranty till 75K for "bumper to bumper"?
Bumper to Bumper on an extended warranty usually covers you for major MECHANICAL malfunctions. They do not usually cover light bulbs or trim pieces. When I customize a notebook to purchase, it gives me an option to purchase extended warranty and accidental warranty. I am confused concerning what is the difference between them. In addition, would it be better to choose accidental warranty rather than extended warranty?

By the way, the computer may make more money on warranty selling than Computer selling, but it is a good idea to get one if you are working with your hardware. The Extended Warranty should cover all of the accident during the warranty period. Ask the store to send a mail to confirm the extended warranty will cover all of the accident happened to your notebook during the warranty period. Each store may define the contact in different ways, the best answer is to get the confirmation email from the store of what are differences between those two: accidental & extended warranty/S.
