Why does yahoo restrict free speech? What is this company afraid of? Can they burn electronic books yet?
What are you talking about?... Your post doesnt say.. so I'll wing it.. The supreme court has ruled on this issue many times.. obscenity is not protected under the first ammendment.. because it violates the 1st ammendment rights of others.. Since your post is vaugue.. I hope that satisfies you..
As to the argument "who determines what is obscene" Yahoo does.. you are using their server, their bandwith... ergo, their money. Therefore, they have the constitutional right to dictate what you do or say on it... Yahoo terms of Use policy, clearly states that. (look at the bottom of the Yahoo homepage to find the link)
