   This is what the website says:

   It sounds like you or someone on your acct has ordered iteams and upgraded without realizing its a membership service.

   This happens alot when people order things off the tv, i.e. makeup products, diet pills.

   on their FAQ is says " Go to the Manage Your Prime Membership page and click the "Cancel membership" button. Customers who have not placed an Amazon Prime-eligible order are eligible for a full refund. We'll check your order history and tell you if you qualify for a refund when you go through the cancellation process. "

   so as long as you havent ordered anything since this was charged then you can cancel free of charge. if you have then you have to wait til the subcription ends and "Go to the Manage Your Prime Membership page and click "do not auto-renew." Choosing this option will ensure you receive Prime benefits for the remainder of your membership. At the end of your current period, your membership will expire and your credit card will not be charged."
