Is this normal when using a home microdermabrasion kit?

I've been using the Neutrogena home microdermabrasion kit on my face for about five weeks and noticed, about a week ago, that I have these tiny bumps on my jawline and forehead now. They aren't red or painful- just bothersome to feel and see up close. Anyone have experience with this? Should I discontinue using it? I really like the results I get using it, otherwise.
Its not rosacea- the bumps are not red and my skin is not irritated.

Wait for 3 days. If the bumps don't go away, then you should stop using the product. They are usually signs of allergic reactions or irritations, but if the disappear by themselves, then you can continue using the product.

   Mary, I would consider myself an experienced baker and cake decorator. I make my kids cakes every birthday. Frank came home with that kit and I made it for Emma last year. It was the BIGGEST pain in the butt kit I'd ever worked with. I think that the turrets are too heavy for the plan. mine dropped apart and I glued it back together a number of times, all the while completely cursing out my husband, who was just trying to do something nice.
   All that to say, I feel your pain.
