Inexpensive Ebook Reader
Inexpensive and good ebook reader for pdf textbooks?
Can anyone recommend a good ebook reader for that purpose? The only thing I want to do with it is read pdf textbooks which I already have on my computer, so I don't care about other features; I'm not interested in surfing the web or downloading books or anything like that with it. So I don't want some fancy, expensive reader, just a basic, not too expensive one that it's easy to transfer and read pdfs on.
Thanks for any suggestions.
And Amazon just announced new models of the Kindle reader, and it is the best ebook reader in the market. I've mentioned quite a lot about the new Kindle, which model to choose, and full list of where to get free books, in another answer here:

I got some textbooks on my Kindle, and it does save me some heavy weights as well. If you concern only the PDF reading ability, then get this model. It is the cheapest:

Hope it helps
