E Ink Ebook Reader

Where can I get a really cheap E-Book Reader?

I need a really cheap ebook reader, no matter if its second or third hand as long as it works. My budget is around 60$ for a 2nd or 3rd hand reader. I scoured ebay for days, but the only ones i could fit within my budget, did not offer shipping to India, So I'd appreciate it if anyone could look around for a website that offers ebook readers under 60$, or if anyone has one up for sale under 60$, leave an answer

P.S. I dont mind any unbranded one's either just as long as it work and has an E-ink display.
