Is there an ereader with e-ink that can have multiple ereader apps on it like kobo, nook, and kindle?

Is there an ereader with e-ink that can have multiple ereader apps on it like kobo, nook, and kindle?
I'm looking for an ereader that is similar to an Ipad in the sense that I could use whatever application to download ebooks. But I want e-ink and Wifi and I don't want to spend more than $150. Is something like this available or coming out soon?

There isn't such an ebook reader. All ebook publishers protect their own interest so they have their ebooks protected with DRM and can only be read on some dedicated device.
