How do I put podcasts on my new iPod nano?

I got some podcasts for my iPod nano and they are in my iTunes librairy. How do I put them onto my iPod nano? And, I bought a music video. How do I get that on my iPod nano also?
When I plug my iPod nano in, it updates all of my songs and everything else, but it doesn't put my podcasts on it. Why not? And I am posotive that you CAN put podcasts on nanos.

When you plug in your ipod go to the Podcast tab and make sure sync all podcast is selected.
