Is it legal for So. Cal. Edison to terminate electric power to a home where three kids and their parents live?
I believe I heard somewhere that it is very difficult, if not impossible, for the power company to terminate power to a home, (for a temporary non-payment of the bill) as long as there are children living there.
Am I right?
If so, is there any specific ages to which this applies?
We have three kids, one is less than one year old, one is 3 and one is 5.
Help Please!
Unfortunately, no it's not illegal, it's like getting your cable cut off for "temporary" non payment, now that should be a crime
