My gran had an old hymnal, possibly Victorian, methodist, weslyan, salvation armyand in it were two hymns, beginning ----

1).A drunkard reached his cheerless home , the storm without was dark and wild.He forced his weary wife to roam and wander
friendless with her child. As through the storm and snow she pressed , the babe lay sleeping at her breast-----

2,)This hymn was called" Have courage my boy to say no".It contains the line " and if you are tempted in weakness , have courage my boy to say no"

I have been searching for 40 odd years for this information, can anyone out there help?
