How do I delete audio from a .mp4 file?

I have a 2 hour long .mp4 file and I want to remove the audio without having to reconvert the file. I tried using Quicktime Pro to delete the audio track, but I'm forced to save the file as a .mov, which is not what I want.

I also tried exporting only the video, but the export reaches ~10% completion before hanging indefinitely. What I really want is to delete the audio completely while retaining the full quality of the original video file. Is this possible?

Thanks,
- Ben

There are some programs which allow you to do this, one being

http://www.imtoo.com/mpeg-encoder.html

It is not free, but you get a 15day trial only limitation is the need for registration, and it will not work on a 2hour video. (for this program what you do is take the video and place it in the window, then click at the top right -Advanced Profile Settings- and go down to Disable Audio and change it to "True".
Also this program is basically the same, also requires to buy for full version: http://www.mpeg-encoder.com/
(this one can do the same thing only the price is more)
Adobe Pro 2 can also eliminate sound from videos by putting the Audio Track down to on the left hand side setting something around -34 or beyond. This will not just lower the sound but make it so it is completely not there, Then you can either leave it or add another sound track to the video and it will replace the old sound.

Hope this helped but if not, you can probably find other "freeware" programs that can eliminate video sound for 100% free amount and not require a registration or payment.
Such search parameters include "Video encoder, Mpeg Encoder, MP4 Encoder, and any other video editing software, and any other Video Encoder software you can find.

How or will my xbox 360 pro give 1080p on my new full hd tv.?

I recently bought a new tv with 1080p (full hd) I also bought a xbox 360 pro one month ago. Do I need to buy a hdmi cable to get 1080p on my xbox or will it work if I just use the cables that are included (the ones with the colors red, white, yellow, blue, green and the other red). If I plug in the white and red for audio, and blue green and red for picture, will it give 1080p?

They're component cables, and yes they will give you 1080p.

Where else are you supposed to plug them? That's why they're colour coded, so you know which plug to put them in.
