Reader Charger Cover Advice about my laptop and where I stand please?
I bought a laptop from an ALDI store (im in the UK by the way) which I reciveved the christmas of 2007.. It is a Medion MD 96350 and came with three years warranty.
The first year it was fine but this year alone the motherboard, hard drive, and memory card reader have all had to be replaced due to them failing and recently the charger will sometimes fail to charge even when it is connected to my laptop.
I haven't been happy with the amount of problems I have had with the laptop and I was wondering if i got in touch with the company would they send me a new one? or am i just covered for the things that do go wrong?

I work for a company which makes a popular make of pc and normally after the 3rd repair the pc is exchanged for a new one. Usually the power supply is not counted as a repair on the computer. Best bet is to call trading standards and ask for there advice. Then call the people who you bought the machine from and tell them you have spoken to trading standards. This usually makes them replace the machine as they dont like bad press.. Good luck.
