use the select tool that looks like a camera. select the image you wish to save. Open Paint or some other graphics package ( the GiMP is free http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net ) and paste the picture into a new document > File > Save As > Browse to My Documents > My Pictures > Add a filename and Click OK.
