i am looking for a clear protector for the back of my ipod touch? do places make them?

i have decided for now, that i dont feel the need to buy a screen protector for my ipod touch because the screens are very scratch resistant. but i am looking for something made out of the same material of a screen protector but its made for the back of the itouch so the back will stay scratch free? could you give me some links to where i can find a protector for the back?

i would get a leather cover.. i dunno bout the "clear protector"
if they make it or not

Protect Your Console

Handheld Console Screen Protectors – Which ones are the best?

Having used many of these screen protectors for DS and PSP and wasted way too much money on ones that fail I thought it important to share with you my thoughts on the best ones out there. There is a clear winner, but first I’ll tell you what to look for.

What makes a good screen protector?

Obviously the first thing it has to do is protect, but from what? The main problem with handhelds is you tend to throw them into a bag when travelling or kids at school or slide them on a surface. Most of the time you don’t think that would mark or scratch the device, but it does and after time your lovely, expensive and treasured console is too damaged and you need to buy a new one!

You also need to buy one that is easy to apply and remove is necessary. Eventually a protector will have scratches as it is stopping the harmful effects on your console, so you need to replace it. This is not the case with our winner, but it is easy to remove, it comes with a lifetime guarantee you see!

Once you remove it you don’t want to be left with a horrible, sticky residue that looks unsightly.

Also, my advice is not to buy one of the hard covers for the screen. When the consoles first launched a few manufacturers had these, but they made it difficult to use a case.

So who’s the winner?

It has to be the Invisible Shield by ZAGG;

  • Scratch-Proof, patented film
  • Military Grade
  • Lifetime Guarantee
  • No added bulk
  • Improves grip
  • Invisible protection

It is easy to apply to your console, iPod, Mobile Phone, PDS, GPS, Laptop and even your watch! The film used is military grade and is apparently used on the US helicopter blades to protect them from sand and other sharp debris.

I put it on my DS and iPod and have never, fingers crossed, scratched the device.

I’ve just ordered one for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii Console & Remote so no chance of anything scratching in my house now!
