How do i get pics from my Sony Clie to my computer?

I have a Sony CLIE PEG-TH55 i want to find any software that can allow me to send the pics that i have taken and place them onto my Windows XP computer system.

Just do a two-way sync, make sure pictures are sent to the PC.

Else, buy a MemoryStick (tm) reader for the PC.

my computer is running XP service pack 2
Clie is NX60 model
don't know Palm OS version
