for about a year now i have wanted a Sony E Reader
but what i really want to know is what they are about
because i love to read and have a bookcase full of book and sometimes i get fed up taking book with me to read on the way to college or on the bus
i want to know if u can get brand new book out !!! for example the new confession of a shopaholic book mini shopaholic and may other good titles
and if the e book store is easy to download

Yes, I have found books very easy to download.

In my area, ebooks are also available from the county library service.

The most useful feature for me is that the sony reader also reads PDF and Word documents, so it is excellent for studying.

Reading is a very pleasant experience because there is no glare, as you would get from reading from a computer monitor. The battery life is excellent - you could easily take it away for a couple of weeks without having to recharge.

Probably the most annoying thing is the battle over formats between Sony and the Amazon Kindle and the availability and price of new releases.
