Is there a wall outlet plug than converts into a car charger ?
A wall outlet but that you can plug into a car. OR
A wall outlet plug that you can plug into a USB.
your use of "outlet", "plug" and "into" are somewhat confusing.
You can get a normal wall plug (male) to cigarette lighter outlet (female) adapter.
You can get a wall plug (male) to USB socket (female)
You can get a cigarette lighter plug (male) to wall outlet (female)
You *CANNOT* get a USB plug (male) to wall outlet (female) -> a USB port cannot provide enough current to power a wall outlet.
