I want to recharge AAs without a wall charger, how do I do that through USB.?

I want to recharge 2 AAs without a wall charger. I want to charge it through USB, now does it have to be 3v? What does the input electricity have to be?

You need to limit the current. This can be done with a resistor. You should try and keep the current less than 10% of the amp hour rating of the batteries. This is to prevent over heating. You may charge at a faster rate if you know how to design a circuit that will control the charge.

what is that? on the order form it says im getting a usb wall charger for my enV toucb. does that mean it plugs into the wall AND the computer? im confused

You are partially correct, the cellphone you are receiving charges through your computer, like an iPod. But with the adapter you are receiving, you can plug in the USB end that you would plug into your computer, into the adapter an plug the adapter into the wall to charge it. This saves your battery if you are using a laptop.
