Won a 4 Wheeler from raffle. Do i have to pay?
I won a $5,000 Honda 4 Wheeler ATV from a church bizarre, it was the number one prize. Now they tell us we have to go to the honda dealer and pay about $900 in taxes. Is this right? First they said they will fill out a tax form and that we dont have to worry about a thing, then they said that we do have to pay.
Isn't it suppose to be free? Or are taxes suppose to be paid by us?
You pay the taxes on anything you win. You do have to go to the honda dealer and pay for that unless they say it includes tax title and license.
The price is right always does this so they make sure to say including tax title and license when they are guessing at the price of the car.
